Sports Biomechanics

Sports biomechanics enhances athletic performance and reduces the risk of injury by analyzing the mechanical characteristics of the human body during movement. However, conventional analysis methods have limitations in field applicability and real-time assessment. To address this, our laboratory conducts research on quantitative evaluation of athletic techniques and performance improvement strategies using data collected from various sports disciplines.
